Deck stable steam bakery ovens

“Investgradnja” is manufacture organization established in 1991. That was time when we had need for food producing equipment. Our idea was to provide equipment which will insure elementary life's product – bread.

First bakery ovens were made to use wood for stoking. Later development was based on other energies, liquid and gas concerning of object location and possibility provide of energy. We also provide helped bakery equipment like equipment for putting bread and dought into the ovens and fermentation chamber for dought.

First experiences were valuable and positive, so assigment was widened onto burek (Serbian national meal), baked goods, cookies, meat and other meals.

Few years later, “Investgradnja” begins cooperation with Cathedra for Processing technology of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering concerning construction, documentation and checking of finished ovens.

MODERN STABLE STEAM OVENS

IG-PEK is deck stable oven assigned for producing bread, baked ware, meat... It is constructed for burning out wood, coal, fluently and gaseous gases without changes in the fire place of the oven.

Capacity of ovens is from 50 to 400 loaves. Putting of solid fuel is manually through the door of the fire place.

IG-PEK ovens work on principle of heating the heater giving it heat by airing and convention from the fire place. Prapared fuel provides the heat. Smoke goes by additional heating surfaces of second and third passage and gives the heat by covention. On that way it gets high level of usefulness of the oven.

Heating the deck is realiyed with pipe heaters in which steam generalizes by heat we bot from the fire place and additional passages. Oven can be equiped with two boilers made of stainless steel. Their capacity is 2x90 l and 2x130 l of hot water.

Maximal temperature can be 200 oC, 280 oC or max 310 oC. Good isolation resists losing the heat. Our experience has shown that drop of temperature for 12 hours is about 60 oC after we finished bake, which provides very fast getting of working temperature with minimal outlay of fuel.

IG-PEK are made of high quality materials:

  • heaters are made of alloyed steel pipes 1214/1215
  • oven doors are made of steel plates quality 4580
  • oven cover is made of plates quality 0147 or 4580
  • oven fire place is made of quality fire resistant material.

 

Characteristic of this oven are simply manipulation and maintenance. Electricity is not necessary except for pumps for fluently fuel.

IG-PEK can be delivered in pieces, cnonstructed and built in the object definited for bake. We also deliver chambers for preparing dought.

“Investgradnja” has delivered bakery ovens and equipment in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegowina, Macedonia, Slovenia, Romania and Bulgaria.

 

CONTROL AND CHECKING

Control and checking of technical documents and equipment are realized in cooperation with Cathedra for Processing technology of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, 27. Marta Str 80, 11 000 Belgrade.

Duration of warrant is 12 months.
